What are the operating procedures for running this business?

One of the things I love about this site is that it doesn't require a ton of daily maintenance.

The business is pretty straightforward to run, which is one of the reasons I've enjoyed owning it.

Most of the day-to-day work involves creating and publishing content, sending emails to subscribers, creating Pinterest pins, and promoting products to the audience. I also check in on site performance, update older content when needed, and occasionally add new products to the shop.

Current operations include:

• Publishing new content consistently
• Creating and scheduling Pinterest pins to drive traffic
• Sending regular email newsletters and promotional campaigns to subscribers
• Adding digital products
• Updating older content to improve rankings and conversions
• Managing occasional technical updates through WordPress

If you were going to keep the site, what steps would you take over the next 3 to 6 months to grow the income and traffic?

Honestly, I think there's still plenty of room for growth.

If I were keeping the site, I'd focus on publishing more content around topics that are already performing well, increasing Pinterest activity, and growing the email list with additional freebies and opt-in offers.

I'd also spend time adding new affiliate opportunities and creating a few simple digital products that align with what the audience is already looking for.

I'll also implement additional email automation sequences to increase subscriber engagement and conversions

The foundation is there. It simply needs someone with the time and focus to continue building on it.

The truth is, I haven't been able to give this site the maximum attention. Between work, family, and other projects, I've focused on maintaining it rather than aggressively growing it. That's why I think it's a great opportunity for someone who wants to step in and build on what's already been created

I'll continue maintaining the site and keeping everything running as normal while it's listed for sale. My goal is to ensure a smooth transition and preserve the value of the business for the new owner.

How often do you email your list? 

I typically email my subscribers on a regular basis ( minimum of once a week) with a mix of helpful content, recommendations, and occasional promotions.

The list has been an important part of building trust with readers and driving repeat traffic back to the site.

Monetization

The audience is primarily made up of entrepreneurs, creators, small business owners, and people looking for practical tools to help them grow their businesses. Products such as templates, toolkits, planners, and business resources have consistently been the strongest revenue drivers.

Affiliate income is an additional revenue stream, but product sales generate the majority of the revenue.

One of the things I like most about the business model is that each new product creates another opportunity to generate revenue from both existing subscribers and new visitors.
