Operations: The website has been pretty much on autopilot for about 7-8 months now. This means that the email marketing is automated, but I haven't posted anything on social media or any new blog posts in the past few months. However, the website is still earning money and getting traffic. If I were going to keep the site, and want it to grow and not to just be on autopilot, I would focus again on managing the Pinterest account on a daily basis, and also write around 2 blog posts a week to keep it growing. During this time, I am not sure I will have time to write blog posts, but I will work on the Pinterest account and pin regularly, and make sure to grow the Pinterest marketing part as much as I can from my end until the website sells.
EMAIL: There are a bunch of automated workflows for every freebie that is being downloaded from the blog (which is how I grow the email list), and they receive emails accordingly from that automation. I use MailerLite for my email marketing.It's been a while since I've sent emails, but from the previous ones, I've had an average open rate of 35%, the click rate depends on the type of email (some were promotional, some were not), so I have click rates of 0.18%, 0.38%, 0.12%, 0.25%, etc.How To Buy This Business
