Operations

What are the operating procedures for running this business? Typical operating procedures for running Vigor it Out are weekly new posts, lots of new content on Pinterest (Pins for both the new posts and older content. I create approximately 3-5 new pins for each day). I work on Pinterest, searching for new keywords, updating old boards, sometimes creating new boards, etc. When there is additional time, I rework old posts into new ones, update older posts, create new digital products to complement the site, and interlink new content and products into older posts.

If you were going to keep the site, what steps would you take over the next 3 to 6 months to grow the income and traffic?

To grow traffic, I would lean more heavily into Pinterest. I would find a way to create more Pinterest content and find ways to pin it from various accounts as well for a broader reach. Growing traffic is directly related to growing income, but I would also focus on creating more content aimed at selling the courses that accompany the website. They are targeted to the viewers of that site and could perform well with more pageviews leading to them.

Will you continue working on the site, while it listed on the marketplace? Yes I plan to continue working the site in the manner I have been, creating new conetnt for both the website itself and it's Pinterest account.
