What are the operating procedures for running this business? I typically publish 1-2 new blog posts per week. These posts usually focus on dog mom lifestyle topics, dog crafts, DIY treats, and seasonal ideas for dog lovers. Once a post is live, I create a few Pinterest graphics and pin them to relevant boards. The main daily task is managing Pinterest: creating and scheduling pins to drive traffic to the blog. I typically use Canva for pin design and use the Pinterest scheduler to schedule pins to go out daily.
Occasionally, I update older posts to keep them SEO-friendly and share them again on Pinterest for extra traffic.

Overall, it’s very manageable — about 2-3 hours per day if you stay consistent with Pinterest and weekly content creation.
