What are the daily, weekly, monthly operating procedures for running your website?

To run the business as an affiliate blog/newsletter as it is currently, you can simply add new blog posts and send the newsletter.

Or if you wish to turn the Shopify store back on, and continue selling e-commerce items via drop shipping, then you can add new products into Shopify as they are made available from suppliers. Posting on social media, monitoring Google Shopping campaigns, running & maintaining Facebook ads if desired, and creating email marketing campaigns if desired can all be suggested.

How does the business generate revenue?

This business operated 100% as a dropship business until December 2023.

What advice do you give the new owner, for how they should operate, improve and grow the website?

I have not been doing any marketing for the business, all growth is organic. No outside marketing has been done - which is a great opportunity for the new owner. The social media following, as well as email list, made up of shopping enthusiasts, can be utilized easily and are very targeted to buying. Running marketing campaigns would improve and grow the business further.

How often do you email your list? And, what is your current open rate and click rate?

I am currently only sending 2-3 emails a month right now. In the past, I have sent 3-4 a week with good success. It is a very clean list and has an average of 45% open rate.

Where is most of your income generated from?

Currently, most of the income is generated from Google Shopping campaigns, repeat customers and organic traffic. In the past I have been very successful with Facebook ads, however, haven't run any in the past 12 months due to working on other businesses.
