If you were going to keep the site, what steps would you take over the next 3 to 6 months to grow the income and traffic?

I'd focus more on affiliate sales and marketing to my email list. There are a few lead magnets that do well to bring in subscribers, and Grow autoemails them, but they're not really great emails and are just a round up of blog posts. It's such a wasted opportunity. I'd also continue to focus on Pinterest as this is a great source of traffic for this blog. With the main season for decluttering and organising approaching, there is a lot of potential here.
