Operations

What are the operating procedures for running this business? 

If you were going to keep the site, what steps would you take over the next 3 to 6 months to grow the income and traffic?  I would continue build out the lead magnets and funnels for the digital products, services (if providing), and the affiliate programs.  I would build my own affiliate program for digital products.  I would focus on building email list via free lead magnets and I would focus more on Pinterest and SEO.  I would also continue to add more blog content through valuable blog posts that are SEO related to online marketing tips and the products/services that not only I provide, but sell through the affiliate programs I am a part of. I would also join more Facebook groups to sell digital products.

Where is your site currently hosted, and where are the domain names currently registered? It is currently on WordPress, but also built out on Stan Store and Shopify.  The domain is registered with WordPress.

Email Marketing

How often do you email your list? I have not currently been sending emails consistently.

What service do you use for your email marketing campaigns? It depends on the platform.   StanStore has it's own email flows that could be used,  WordPress has Mailpoet, but that list needs to be cleaned up. -( honestly I would probably integrate Klaviyo with WordPress and delete the Mailpoet account and Klaviyo could be used with Shopify store too if someone chooses to use that website)
